What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, phone number, optionally an email, and trip details (destination, dates, travellers, budget, wishes). We also record which page and which ad campaign the request came from (UTM tags).
Why we use it
To prepare a travel offer for you and contact you the way you chose (WhatsApp, call or email). The data is kept in Momento Travel’s internal customer system (CRM) and is available only to our team.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. For a booking we pass on only what is required (for example your name and passport details) to the airline, hotel or insurer — and only with your consent.
Cookies, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics
To understand how the site is used and how our ads perform, this site uses Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) and Google Analytics (Google). They store cookies in your browser and send events such as a page view, a submitted request, or a tap on WhatsApp or call. The name and phone number you type into the form are sent to neither Meta nor Google. You can limit this by blocking cookies in your browser, in your Facebook ad preferences, or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
